Are there options to restrict reviews to verified customers only on my Commmerce website?

Yes, you can restrict reviews to verified customers only.

Follow these steps to enable or disable the conditional notifications.

Step 1. Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To log in click here
 

Step2. After logging in, click on the Settings option on the Commmerce dashboard (as shown below).
 

Step 3. Click on the Configuration option in the settings (as shown below).
 

Step 4. On the configuration page, find the review option where you can make selections based on your requirements (as shown below).

Allowed:
 
  • Login Required
  • Only Verified Customers (Customers who have placed an order for the product)
  • Auto-accept all future Review & Rating

Not Allowed:
 
  • Show Existing Review & Rating
  • Hide Existing Review & Rating

Step 5. After updating the details, click on the Save button in the top right corner to save your changes (as shown below).
