Are there specific templates available for order confirmation and tracking updates?

Yes, there are templates specifically designed for order confirmation and tracking updates.

Please find the steps below to check the templates:
 

Step 1. Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To log in click here
 

Step 2. Click on the Marketing option on the left side of the Dashboard (as shown below)
 

Step 3. You will find the SMS & Email section below the Marketing option. Click on the SMS & Email option (as shown below)
 

Step 4. Click on 'Templates' to view a list of automated templates that are sent via SMS and email (as shown below)
 

For order confirmation, please select the 'Order Placed' template (as shown in “1”). For tracking updates, please select the 'Tracking Detail Updated' template (as shown in “2”).
