Can customers submit reviews on the website?
This Article is for stores running on Solo plan or higher
Yes, customers can submit reviews on the website when the review feature is enabled in the admin panel. You also have the option to allow only logged-in users or verified customers (those who have purchased the product) to leave a review.
Once an order is delivered, customers can navigate to the My Account section on the website, select My Orders, choose the delivered product, and they will be presented with an option to submit their review.
