Yes, you can add third-party courier vendors to your Commmerce store to enhance your shipping options and flexibility.

We have integrated Shiprocket and WareIQ. If you use these services, the details will be updated automatically, such as the tracking number, sent date and time, and estimated delivery date and time.

But if you add a third-party courier vendor, you have to manually input the tracking number, sent date and time, and estimated delivery date and time.
 

How to add a third-party courier vendor to my Commmerce store?

Follow the below steps to add a third-party courier vendor to your Commmerce store

Step 1.
Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To log in click here

Step 2.  In the Dashboard, find the Shipping option under Settings. Click on it (as shown in “1”)

Step 3. Click on the 'Courier Vendors' button (as shown in “2”)

Step 4. Then on the next page, you can click on the 'Add Courier Vendor' button (as shown in “3”)

Step 5. This will open a pop-up ‘Add Courier Vendor’. Please provide the name of the courier vendor and the tracking URL. Keep the ‘Tracking Number to be mandatory’ as Yes and then click on the Save button (as shown below)
