Do customers receive a tracking number to monitor the status of their order?

Yes, customers receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched. They can log in to their account, navigate to the "My Orders" section, and use the tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment.

Step 1. Customers can log in to their account directly through the website by navigating to the "My Account" section.
 

Step 2. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Account" section and click on "Orders" to view your order details.
 

Step 3. Once you click on the ‘Orders’, it will show you the order history click on the Track order to view the current order status.
 

Step 4. The tracking number will be displayed on the "Track Order" page once the seller has dispatched the order for delivery (as shown in “1”). You can then monitor the progress and status of your order (as shown in “2”).
