How can a customer track their order directly from the website?
This Article is for stores running on Solo plan or higher
Customers can track their order directly from the website by logging into their account, navigating to the “My Orders” section, and selecting the relevant order. The tracking status, along with shipment details, will be displayed if the order has been dispatched.
