How can I edit or cancel scheduled SMS or email messages?

  • This Article is for stores running on Standard plan or higher

Follow the below steps to edit or cancel scheduled SMS or email messages:

Step 1. Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To log in click here

Step 2. Click on the Marketing option on the left side of the Dashboard (as shown below)
 

Step 3. Below the Marketing option, you will find the SMS & Email section. Click on SMS & Email (as shown below)
 

Step 4. Below the SMS & Email  option, you will find the Scheduled option (as shown below)
 

Step 5. Here, you will have the scheduled templates. You can click on the ‘Active’ option, then you will get a pop-up option ‘In-active.’
 

Step 6. Click the ‘Confirm’ button to cancel the scheduled SMS & Email.
