How can I keep customers informed about the status of their orders through SMS and email?

You can keep customers informed about the status of their orders by setting up automated notifications through SMS and Email. These notifications can include updates such as order confirmation, payment received, order shipped, and delivery tracking information.
 

Step 1. Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To log in click here
 

Step 2. Click on the Marketing option on the left side of the Dashboard (as shown below)
 

Step 3. You will find the SMS & Email section below the Marketing option. Click on the SMS & Email option (as shown below)
 

Step 4. Click on "Templates" to view a list of automated templates that are sent via SMS and Email (as shown below)
