How can I update the contact details on the Contact Us page?

  • This Article is for stores running on Standard plan or higher

Step 1. Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To log in click here
 

Step 2. There are two options to edit the Contact us page:
Click on the Edit Website option on the dashboard (as shown in “1”), or click on the Website option on the left side and then choose Website Builder (as shown in “2”).
 

Step 3. It will redirect you to the website builder page. On the left side, click on the Contact Us option (as shown below).
 

Step 4. You can customize every element of the Contact Us form. Click on the image or text you wish to edit, and a menu will appear on the left. This menu allows you to update your contact details effortlessly (as shown below).
 

Step 5. Once you have made all required changes, click the Save & Publish button to reflect them on the website (as shown below).
