Step 1. After successfully logging in to the POS system, locate and click Products from the left navigation menu (as shown in "1").
Step 2. On the top-right corner of the Products page, locate and click Add Product (as shown in "2").

Step 4.Configure the product pricing and tax details to define how the product will be purchased, sold, and reported (as shown in "9").
HSN Code – Enter the Harmonized System of Nomenclature (HSN) code applicable to the product for GST compliance and tax reporting.
Purchase Price – Specify the cost at which the product is procured from the supplier.
Original Price – Enter the standard or listed price of the product before discounts.
Selling Price – Define the price at which the product will be sold to customers.
Fixed Price – Sets a consistent selling price that cannot be modified during sales transactions.
Flexible Price – Allows authorized users to adjust the selling price during the sales process.
Ensure all pricing and tax information is accurate before proceeding to the next step.
Step 5. Upload the product images (as shown in "10").
Add one or more high-quality images of the product.
Use clear and accurate images that represent the product.
Arrange the images as required to determine their display order on the storefront.
Verify that the uploaded images are correct before proceeding to the next step.
Step 6.Configure the inventory details for the product (as shown in "11"):
Stock Quantity – Enter the available quantity of the product in inventory.
Stock Tracking – Enable or disable inventory tracking based on your business requirements.
Inventory Preferences – Configure additional stock management settings as applicable.
Verify the inventory information to ensure accurate stock levels and seamless inventory operations.
Step 7. Select the appropriate Product Status (as shown in "12"):
Active – Makes the product available for sale and inventory operations.
Inactive – Saves the product in the catalog but prevents it from being sold until activated.
Step 8. Carefully review all product details, including product information, pricing, tax settings, images, inventory configuration, and product status.
Once you have verified that the information is accurate, click Add to save the product and add it to your product catalog (as shown in "13").
