How to add a WhatsApp chat plugin to my Commmerce store?

  • This Article is for stores running on Standard plan or higher

Follow the below steps to add a WhatsApp chat plugin to your Commmerce store:

Step 1.
 Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To log in click here

Step 2. Click on the Apps option on the left side of the dashboard (as shown in “1”)

Step 3. Scroll down and click on the Install option below WhatsApp Chat (as shown in “2”).

Step 4. This will take you to the “WhatsApp Chat” Configuration page. Here, you need to change the status to Enable (as shown in “3”).


Step 5. Please enter your WhatsApp mobile number and specify any custom message you would like to receive from your customers in the designated message section. Once done, click the ‘Submit’ button (as shown in “4”).

After clicking ‘Submit,’ the WhatsApp logo will appear in the bottom right corner of the website, as illustrated in the screenshot below. Your customers will be able to contact you directly by clicking on the WhatsApp icon on the website (as shown below)
