How to Add Product Variants?

Follow the below steps to add variants to an existing product:

Step 1. After successfully logging in to the POS system, navigate to the left-hand navigation menu and click Products to access the product catalog (as shown in "1").



Step 2. Locate the product you want to edit in the product list. Scroll to the right side of the product row, click the three-dot menu (as shown in "2"), and select Edit to open the product details for modification (as shown in "3"). 

Step 3. Scroll to the Product Variant section, then click Add option to configure product variants such as different sizes, colors, or other attributes (as shown in "4").



Step 4. Enter the Variant Option and corresponding Variant Values to define the available product variations (as shown in "5").

• Variant Option – Specify the attribute used to differentiate the product, such as Size, Color, or Material.

• Variant Values – Enter the available options for the selected attribute, such as Small, Medium, and Large or Red, Blue, and Black.

Ensure the variant options and values accurately represent the available product variations before proceeding.
 

Step 5. To update variant-specific pricing, click the three-dot menu located on the right side of the desired variant option (as shown in "6"). This allows you to modify pricing details for individual variant combinations as required.



Step 6. After updating the variant details and pricing, click Save to apply the changes and update the product variant (as shown in "7").



The product variants are successfully saved and are now available for inventory management, stock tracking, and sales transactions across the POS system.
