Step 1. Before creating a sale, ensure that the Loyalty Points feature has been configured and is enabled in the system. Verify that the loyalty program settings are active so that eligible customers can earn points from their purchases (as shown in "1").
Step 2. Navigate to the Sales screen and search for the customer who will receive loyalty points (as shown in "2").
Step 3. Create a sale by adding the required products to the cart and associating the customer with the transaction. Review the sale details and proceed to Checkout (as shown in "3").
Step 4. As soon as you proceed to Checkout, the loyalty points that will be awarded for the transaction are displayed on the screen based on the configured conversion rule (as shown in "4").
Complete the payment using the customer's preferred payment method and finalize the transaction. Once the sale is completed successfully, the displayed loyalty points will be automatically credited to the customer's loyalty account
