Step 1. From the left navigation menu, click Settings to access the system configuration section (as shown in "1").
Step 2. Navigate to the Loyalty Points settings section (as shown in "2").
Step 3. Enter the Conversion Rule to define how loyalty points are earned and redeemed. For example, you can specify how much a customer must spend to earn loyalty points and the value of each point during redemption. Review the conversion values carefully to ensure they align with your loyalty program requirements (as shown in "3").
Step 4. Enable the Loyalty Points Conversion Rule by clicking the toggle icon. Once enabled, the configured conversion rule will be applied to eligible customer transactions and loyalty point calculations (as shown in "4").
Step 5. Click Save to apply and save the loyalty points configuration, including the conversion rules and any changes made to the loyalty program settings (as shown in "5").
