How to Manage Customer Groups?

Follow the steps below to create and manage customer groups:

Step 1. From the left navigation menu, click Customers to open the customer management section. Then, click Groups in the top-right corner of the screen to access the customer groups section and manage customer groups (as shown in "1" and "2").

Step 2. Click Add Group, available either in the center of the screen or in the top-right corner, to create a new customer group (as shown in "3").



Step 3. Enter a Group Name and Description for the customer group, then review the details before proceeding (as shown in "4").

Step 4. Set the group status to Active to make the customer group available for use in the system (as shown in "5").



Step 5. Choose the appropriate Assignment Type for the customer group based on how you want customers to be added. 

Select Manual if you want to assign customers individually, Auto if customers should be added automatically when they meet predefined criteria, or Hybrid if you want to use a combination of both manual and automatic assignment methods.

This setting helps determine how customers will be managed within the group (as shown in "6").

Step 6. Click Add Customers to begin assigning customers to the group manually (as shown in "7").



Step 7. An Add Customers dialog box will appear. Select the customer(s)  you want to assign to the group using the search bar (as shown in "8"), then click Done to add them to the customer group (as shown in "9").



Step 8. The selected customer(s) have been added successfully to the customer group and will now appear in the group member list (as shown in "10").

Click Save to create and save the customer group with the selected settings and assigned customers (as shown in "11").


Step 9. The customer group details have been saved successfully, and the group is now available for managing and organizing customers (as shown in "12").
