Step 1. From the left navigation menu, click More, then select User Permissions to access the roles and permissions management section. Next, search the user whose role or access permissions you want to manage (as shown in "1").
Step 2. Select the user whose role or access permissions you want to manage by clicking on the corresponding user record (as shown in "2"). Then, click the Edit icon to modify the user's role, permissions, or access settings (as shown in "2").
Step 3. Edit the user's role, permissions, or access settings as required. Once the changes have been made, click Save to apply and store the updated permissions (as shown in "4").
Step 4. The role and access permissions have been updated successfully and will take effect immediately for the selected user
