Step 1. From the left navigation menu, click Settings (as shown in "1") and navigate to the Data Sync section (as shown in "2").
Step 2. Configure the Automatic Sync settings by selecting your preferred sync interval. You can choose how frequently the system should automatically synchronize data to ensure that sales, inventory, customer, and order information remain up to date (as shown in "3").
Step 4. Under What to Sync, select the data categories that should be synchronized with the server, such as Products, Customers, Orders, and Inventory, based on your business requirements (as shown in "4").
Enable Auto Sync and choose the preferred Sync Interval to determine how frequently data should be synchronized automatically in the background (as shown in "5").
Configure the Offline Mode Duration to specify how long the system can continue operating without an internet connection before synchronization is required (as shown in "6").
Step 5. Use Manual Sync whenever you need to synchronize data immediately. Click Force Full Sync to manually trigger the synchronization process and upload the latest data to the server without waiting for the scheduled sync interval (as shown in "7").
