Is there an automated email sent to customers requesting feedback or reviews after order delivery?

Step 1. Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering your
Registered mail ID and Password. To log in,
click here
Step 2. Click on the Marketing section on the left side of the dashboard (as shown below).
Step 3. Navigate to "Templates" under the "SMS and Email" section within the "Marketing" menu.
Step 4. Navigate to the "Order Delivered" template, click on the three vertical dots under the "Action" column, and select "Edit" to make changes.
Step 5. On the Edit Template page, navigate to the Body section. Here, you will find an option to insert your Order Page link (as shown in “1”). Click on it, and a field will appear where you can paste the Order Page URL from your website (as shown in “2”). Simply copy the link from your site and insert it into the template body.
Step 6. Once the link has been added, click the Save button located at the top right corner to apply the changes.
Step 7. Once the order is delivered, the customer will receive an email containing a link to the Order Details page.
Step 8. Once the customer accesses the Order Details page, they will find an option to submit a review for the purchased product.
