What is the process for handling product returns and issuing refunds?
This Article is for stores running on Solo plan or higher
Once an order has been processed, packed, and dispatched, customers do not have the option to return or cancel it directly, as doing so may result in a loss for the seller.
However, to address genuine concerns, customers are encouraged to contact the seller using the website's Contact Us form, email, or WhatsApp. If a valid reason is provided, the seller can cancel the order manually from the Commmerce backend and initiate the refund process accordingly.
