What types of offer codes can I create on my Commmerce store?

  • This Article is for stores running on Standard plan or higher

There are four distinct offer types available for promotional settings. Each option serves a unique purpose:
 

Flat

Offers a fixed amount discount on the total order value or product price.

Example:
A 50 INR discount applied directly to the total bill.
 

Percentage

Provides a discount based on a percentage of the order or product price.

Example:
10% off on an order, meaning the discount amount varies depending on the order value.
 

Shipping Discount

Reduces the cost of shipping for the customer by a specific amount.
 
  • All: The offer applies to all orders, regardless of price or quantity
     
  • Below: The offer applies only to orders with a price or quantity below a specified threshold
     
  • Above: The offer applies only to orders with a price or quantity above a specified threshold
     
  • Equals: The offer applies to orders with an exact price or quantity
     

Free Shipping

Shipping costs entirely free for the customer.
 
  • All: The offer applies to all orders without restrictions
     
  • Below: The offer applies to orders where the specified price or quantity is less than a certain value
