When are cart recovery emails sent after a customer abandons their cart on the Commmerce platform?

Cart recovery emails on the Commmerce platform are automatically triggered when a customer abandons their cart without completing the purchase. These emails can be scheduled to be sent after a set period ranging from minutes to days based on your preferences. The timing can be customized within the Commmerce admin panel.
Step 1. Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering your Registered mail ID and Password. To log in, click here
Step 2. After logging in, navigate to the "Apps" section from the main dashboard.
Step 3. In the Apps section, scroll down to the Others, then click on the Install button under the Abandoned Cart Recovery option.
Step 4. On the Abandoned Cart Recovery Configuration page, enable the Status from the dropdown.
Step 5. After enabling the status it allows you to configure when a cart recovery reminder email should be sent after a customer abandons their cart on your Commmerce website.
Send Reminder After: Enter a numeric value to specify the delay time before the reminder is sent (e.g., 60) (as shown in “1”).
Dropdown (Minutes / Hours / Days): Select the time unit for the delay—whether the reminder should be triggered 60 minutes, 60 hours, or 60 days after the cart is abandoned (as shown in “2”).
Once all the details are updated, click the Submit button located at the top right corner (as shown in “3”).
