Where can I find abandoned cart details on my Commmerce website?
This Article is for stores running on Standard plan or higher
To find abandoned cart details on your Commmerce website, follow the below steps:
Step1. Log in to your Commmerce’s Admin Panel by entering the Registered mail ID and Password. To log in click here
Step 2. To check the abandoned cart details, navigate to the ‘Abandoned Cart’ section located under ‘Orders’ in the dashboard (as shown below)
Step 3. All the abandoned cart details can be seen here ( as shown in “1”). You can click on the three vertical dots(︙) andclick on View to see the abandoned cart products. (as shown in “2”)
Step 4. To change the abandoned cart items to ordered items, click the 'Convert to Order' button (as shown in “3”)
Step 5. To convert the abandoned cart to an order draft, click on the ‘Yes’ button (as shown below)
Once you click 'Yes,' the order will reflect on the order page.
