Is there a limit to the number of backend users I can create on my Commmerce store?

  • This Article is for stores running on Solo plan or higher

Yes, the number of backend users (staff access) depends on your selected plan:
 
  • Solo Plan: Includes access for one Admin only.
  • Grow Plan: Includes access for one Admin and up to 2 Staff members.
  • Advanced Plan: Includes access for one Admin and up to 5 Staff members.
  • Ultimate Plan: Includes access for one Admin and up to 10 Staff members.
